We offer a family & couples getaway right on the Diani beachfront, 3 minute walk from the sand & sea. Bella Seaview has become famous for a “Home Away from Home” experience for our guests. Each apartment is fully equipped for 4 & private so you can really relax & have a fun beach holiday. Serviced daily with a chef & cleaner included in the price.
Buy your own food & drinks & Chef does the prep & clean up.
We provide all linen, all utensils & a Bosch Oven & Bosch Fridge.
No Aircon & no TV, ceiling fans & a plunge pool & 10km of beach to explore!
You can hear & see the sea from each of the apartments.

The Location:
Diani is located Four Twenty° south of the Equator, on the South Coast of Kenya, just 40min from Mombasa by road & a quick flight to Nairobi 1h15min to get there.
We are set inside a small tropical coastal forest of 60 year old trees & a tropical garden full of colorful plants & butterflies. You will find yourself just a 3 minute walk onto the soft white sands of Diani Beach from our private compound, with 24 hour security inside 108 Seaviews Diani Beach Road.
The Pool House & The Colobus House each have their own private Plunge Pool.
The Tree House is upstairs & takes the extra guests if you bring 5 or more.
No large gatherings or parties allowed, there are clubs & restaurants nearby for you to entertain your visitors. For security reasons only Registered Guests are allowed on site
Garden & Security
Bella Seaview apartments sit on a quarter acre with a beautiful garden and a mini coastal forest.
Just 60m walk on to Diani Beach, with 24hr security askari at beachfront & main entrance.
There is lots of space and privacy for guests to relax and enjoy themselves, both on your own private pool patio or in the garden on a sun bed.
The perimeter of the 4.5 acre 108 Seaviews compound is electrically fenced on the boundary wall, supported by a team of patrolling security guards day & night.
The beach is generally very safe to walk & to enjoy yourself, please don’t display large amounts of cash or jewellery. The Beach Boys can be very persistent, don’t encourage them to come back.
ACTIVITIES
Dining Out:
10 minutes walk along the beach to the top restaurant in our area, The Anchor at Serenity Boutique Hotel. Highly recommended Fine Dining experiences within 10 minutes of the house include the new Carnival roof top restaurant & Apero Restaurant.
There are various restaurants that you can safely walk to day or night. We are close to Piri Piries & to Pita Pan, Koko’s, Funky Monkey, Tiki Bar & Java Coffee House, a 15 minute walk to all of these.
Shopping;
The Muthaiga Mini Market & Carrefour supermarkets are close enough to walk to. We are very conveniently situated on the central part of Diani main beach, just 10 min drive to Chandarana & the central shopping area. With 3 supermarkets within a 10 min range you will find everything you need here in Diani, our shops are well stocked.
How to get here:
10minutes drive to Diani Airport where you can catch a flight to Nairobi that only takes you 1h15min to fly.
1hr30min to Mombasa Moi International Airport for your international flights in or out of Kenya.
2hrs to the SGR Train station outside Mombasa which will take you to Nairobi if you like train travel.
We had a wonderful long weekend at Fiona’s place. The house is well located, 10 meters away from the beach! The place is very quiet, always kept cleaned and a chef is available to cook homemade food! We really enjoyed the terrace and the private pool looking at the sea! Fiona is a wonderful host, very kind, very energetic, always available to help and give some recommendations. We strongly recommend Bella sea view, perfect for a couple!

Die Unterkunft von Fiona ist grossartig und die geosszügigeTerrasse mit Pool lässt gut entspannen. Die grosszügige Liegenschaft liegt 1-2 Gehminuten vom Diani Beach entfernt.
Das Service Personal ist grossartig und leisten einen tollen job. Der Koch Nelson verzaubert einem vom Frühstück bis Abendessen mit gewünschten Köstlichkeiten. Der Seefood ist empfehlenswert.
Es gibt für jedermann Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie Safaristours wo man hautnah die wilden Tieren Kenyas erlebt, Tauch- Schnorchelausflüge mit Delfinen, einen Golfplatz befindet sich in naher ferne und noch viele andere aktivitäten findet man vor Ort. Vor allem das Kitesurfen ist empfehlens wert.
Im grossen und ganzen eine Perfekte Umterkunft für einen perfekten Urlaub.
Fiona is an amazing host. She has the perfect balance of giving you your space while also being present whenever you need her. She has an invaluable list of everything you might need and will give you a recommendation for best restaurants, icecream joints etc. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in her lovely space which included our very own private pool.
She has some lovely touches e.g setting out a teddy for our 5 year old’s bed.
We loved our time there and will definitely be back.
